I am a Stay At Home Mum of my precious little lady Violet (Letti).
Little Letti's Pretties are handmade and unique pieces. Most of my products may not always be able to be duplicated, however something similar is always available.
If you are after something special that you cannot find, I will happily take custom orders. (In most instances I will require 1-2 weeks notice)

PAYMENT:
Payment is to be made within 1 -2 days of purchase, unless an alternative arrangement has been organised.
I am flexible and am willing to discuss alternative arrangements if necessary.
If payment has not been made within the designated timeframe, I will have to re-list the item for sale.
I will warn of this before this happens.
I accept cash and bank transfer.
POSTAGE:
Postage will be calculated at the time of payment. I will endeavour to pack your item/s safely so as to avoid any damage during post.
Goods are normally posted within 1-3 business days of payment clearing unless otherwise discussed with you.
I will notify you when your package is posted. I will also offer combined postage.
You will not be charged for post on each item purchased in one transaction.
Should you receive your item in a faulty or damaged condition please make contact with me ASAP so as to rectify for you.
